We offer full service Heating and Air Conditioning repair. If your Heating or Air Conditioning system is not working, we can determine the problem and recommend a solution. We will give a fair price for the repair during the first service call and an expected amount of time the repair will take to complete. We honor any manufacturers parts warranty and will pass those savings on to our customers.

Small Commercial Buildings

Our License allows us to provide Heating and Air Conditioning services to small commercial buildings also. We can fix the Air or Heat in your Hair Salon, Day Care, Restaurant, or any other small building.

HVAC System replacement

Sometimes, your HVAC system is not worth repairing or is costing you too much in electric or gas bills. We will assess your needs and recommend a new system.

Preventative Maintenance

We offer Annual and Semi Annual preventative maintenance service. Systems that are cleaned and serviced on a regular basis work more efficiently, saving you money every month. It can also extend the overall life of your system, improve indoor comfort and improve indoor air quality. Preventative maintenance can also find problems before they become a 90 degree house in July, in NC. Or a 50 degree house in January. A clean and regularly maintained system will also have a longer lifespan with an increased peace of mind.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We also offer dryer vent cleaning service on an as needed basis or as a regularly scheduled service.

Load Calculations

We offer Manual J load calculations also. This is required by the state of NC for system replacement. This engineering software assesses the home for its current heating and cooling needs. It then tells us which equipment will work best for your house. New HVAC systems use different refrigerants than in the past and have different capacities and efficiencies.

Appliance Repair

We can also fix your refrigerator, washer,dryer,dishwasher,oven and microwave. We have discovered over the years that our skills in troubleshooting HVAC systems serve us well in Appliance repair. We work on all makes and models of appliances, including the sealed system refrigeration in your refrigerator.
