Our Service Fee
We charge an upfront service fee of $85. When we arrive, we will assess your problem and offer a solution and the repair price. If you allow us to repair the problem, we waive the service fee. If you might be interested in a new HVAC system or the old one not economical to fix, we can also offer a price to install a new system. If you would like to purchase the Manual J load calculation to shop around with, we will sell that Manual J load assessment without any obligation for you to use our service.
